1.Jewelry Maker / Designer

Job description

As a jewelry maker and packer, the individual must be self-motivated, organized, dependable and energetic and willing to work in a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Jeweler is responsible but not limited to:
Create jewelry from gold, silver and previous gemstones
Help calculate the costs of labor and material for new pieces and repairs
You will need to learn and apply fabrication skills
You will need to learn and work on the below skills:
Soldering of jewelry
Half/full shanks
Ring sizing silver, gold and platinum
Re-tip prongs
Vacuum casting experience
Minor bracelet repair/links or clasps
Ability to learn and perform:
-stone setting
-jewelry sizing
-soldering/laser solder
-polishing
Working knowledge of jeweler's tools, machinery and equipment required
Ability to be a good decision maker with strong problem-solving skills
Maintaining the shop and personal workspace in a clean, organized, presentable, and efficient manner.
Supporting other shops as well as our home office when there are work overflows or special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent visual perception, hand movements and ability to handle repetitive hand motion
Highly motivated team player
Ability to multi-task, organized, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Must show initiative, willingness to learn, drive and flexibility
Computer skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook is a PLUS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
· Ability to do repetitious tasks with wrist and hands
· Must have steady hands with good eye to hand coordination
· Good close vision and depth perception
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Squat, bend & lean to reach confined areas
· Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions in oral, written or diagram form

2. Marketing manager 

Job Description

Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity to lead all aspects of marketing for TS LOVE, As Marketing Manager, you will create and manage a marketing plan, expertise with relevant digital platforms, and creativity

Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of marketing, specifically for digital marketing plan and budget, and analyze performance and impact
Manage organic and paid listings on Google Ads, Facebook,instagram etc.
Create and post collateral and content for the website and social media (Instagram and Facebook)
Draft and send targeted emails  to our newsletter audience and club members
Assist with website improvements for SEO and maintenance

Qualifications
Excellent writing skills
Proficient with platforms including Google Workspace, Google Ads, Instagram
Independent, self-starter and problem solver who can work independently, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and responds well to feedback
Some knowledge and interest in jewelry
